Description
This product is a two-component addition molding room temperature vulcanized silicone thermal conductive gel that can be processed in a variety of ways. The material is a two-component silicone resin material, which can be cured by the heat of the chip itself, or accelerated curing at a high temperature of 150°C. Realize the efficient heat dissipation of the chip, and play a good thermal management effect in intelligent electronic products such as integrated circuits (IC) and central processing units (CPU). The cured product can be used in the range of -60℃-200℃, and has the characteristics of moisture resistance, moisture resistance, water resistance, ozone resistance, radiation resistance, and aging resistance.
