Description
This product is a dispersion of high molecular weight polyether modified silicone dispersed in cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, suitable for water-in-oil formulations, especially volatile water-in-silicone oil formulation systems. This product has two phases and is an ideal dispersing aid for polar and non-polar materials. It can provide excellent transfer effects for emollients, moisturizers, sunscreens, antiperspirants and toners.
