Description
CXI-1509 silicone elastomer emulsion is a non-ionic emulsion of a spherical silicone elastomer powder in water. It is designed to facilitate the incorporation of an elastomeric silicone powder into water-based formulations.
It features small spherical particles of silicone elastomer, high swelling and good spreadability, offers a light, silky powdery, non-greasy skin feel. And super absorbing sebum properties impart an excellent matting effect and mask fine lines and wrinkles. It has the ability to increase formulation oil phase viscosity and improve the aesthetics of your formulation. It is used in skin care, color cosmetic, hair care, antiperspirant and deodorants.
